Data protection
As an insurer, APPN is required to process personal data, some of which is sensitive. In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we must be transparent about the use of your data, the security and confidentiality of which are ensured with the greatest rigor by our services and our IT providers.
APPN only collects and processes personal data that is relevant to your insurance application. APPN collects your personal data and uses it to manage your membership and our future relationship. It is intended for the Association de Prévoyance du Personnel Navigant (APPN) and the insurance providers MACIF, AXA, GENERALI and HENNER.
Our commitment
As a website operator, we take the protection of all personal data very seriously. All personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations, as explained in this declaration.
Our website can be used without you providing any personal data. However, if personal information such as name, address or email is requested, this will be done on a voluntary basis. Data collected by us will never be passed on to third parties without your specific permission.

If you do not conclude an insurance contract with APPN, we will store your data in a secure area for 3 years after the last contact between you and us. If you become a member, we keep your data for the duration of your contract; after that, we keep it for 5 years.
APPN will never sell your data or use it to apply differential pricing. You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to restrict its processing. You may object to the processing of your data at any time and withdraw your consent where it has been previously given.
Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores data in server log files that are transmitted to us by your browser. This data includes:

- Operating system of the computer
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of server request
This data is not personal and is not merged with other data sources. If we become aware of specific indications of illegal use, we reserve the right to subsequently check this data.

Promotional mail
