As an insurer, APPN is required to process personal data, some of which is sensitive. In accordance with the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation), we must be transparent about the use of your data, the security and confidentiality of which are ensured with the greatest rigor by our services and our IT providers.

APPN will only collect and process personal data that is relevant to your insurance application. APPN collects your personal data and uses it to manage your membership and our future relationship. It is intended for the Association de Prévoyance du Personnel Navigant (APPN) and the insurers providers MACIF, AXA, GENERALI and HENNER.

Privacy Policy 

As a website operator, we take the protection of all personal data very seriously. All personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations, as explained in this data protection declaration. Our website can of course be used without you providing any personal data. However, if at any time personal information such as name, address or e-mail is requested, this will be done on a voluntary basis. Data collected by us will never be passed on to third parties without your special permission. Data transmission on the Internet, such as via e-mail, can always have security gaps. Complete protection of data is not possible on the Internet.

Your personal information helps APPN to get to know you better, and thus to offer you services tailored to your needs. If you do not conclude an insurance contract with APPN, we will store your data in a secure area for 3 years after the last contact between you and us. If you become a member, we keep your data for the duration of your contract. After that, we keep your data for 5 years.

APPN will never sell your data or use it to apply differential pricing. You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to restrict its processing. You may object to the processing of your data at any time and withdraw your consent where it has been previously given. You may also give instructions regarding the storage, deletion, and communication of your data after your Life. 

Privacy Policy Google Analytics

Our website uses the Google Analytics analysis service operated by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are small text files that are stored in your browser and enable us to analyze how visitors use our website. The cookies collect data about your use of our website, which is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

If IP anonymisation has been activated on our website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In rare exceptional cases, the complete IP address can be sent to a Google server in the USA, where it will be shortened. In this case, however, the full functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed. Privacy Policy Google +1

Our website uses functions from Google +1, offered by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.  Collection and transmission of data: You can use the Google +1 button to publish information worldwide. The Google +1 button presents you and other users with customized content from Google and its partners. Google collects data about the information you have given for a +1 content as well as data about the website you were viewing while clicking on the +1. Your +1 data can be displayed together with your profile name and your photo in various Google services, such as search results, your Google profile, as well as on websites and advertisements on the Internet. Information about your +1 activities is recorded by Google in order to improve the Google services you use. In order to be able to use Google +1 buttons, you must have a public Google profile, which must contain at least the name of the profile. All Google services use this profile name. Sometimes this name can also replace another name that you used when content was shared with other users via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be displayed to users who know your e-mail address or have other identifying information about you.  Use of the collected data: In addition to the use already described, the data you provide is subject to the applicable Google data protection provisions. Google may publish general statistics about users' +1 activities, or pass them on to users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or partner websites.

Information, deletion, blocking

At any time you can find out about the personal data, its origin and recipients and the use of the data processing and request a correction, blocking or deletion of this data free of charge. Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores data in server log files that are transmitted to us by your browser. This data includes:

– Browser type/browser version

– Operating system of the computer

– Referrer URL

– Host name of the accessing computer

– Time of server request

These data are not personal. This data is not merged with other data sources. If we become aware of specific indications of illegal use, we reserve the right to subsequently check this data.

 

Cookies

Many websites use cookies. Cookies are harmless to your computer and virus-free. They serve to make internet offers friendlier, more effective and more secure for the visitors of a website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and used by your browser.

Contact form

Contact details that reach us via our contact form, including the content of the request, are stored for processing purposes and for possible follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your specific consent.

Promotional mail contradiction 

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published in the imprint for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. In the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails, the website operators reserve the right to take legal action.

 

Newsletter data

For the use of the newsletter service offered by us, personal information such as e-mail address is collected. In addition, information is required that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. All information will only be used to send the newsletter, it will not be passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time. There is an “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter for this purpose.

 

Change in Privacy Policy

Our data protection declaration can be adjusted at irregular intervals to comply with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services, e.g. B. when inserting new offers. The new data protection declaration will then automatically apply to your next visit.

By joining the Loss of License insurance with APPN, you will become automatically a member of the association itself.
